We will provide a replacement if the balloons are damaged during the delivery. Once we deliver has been done in good condition and if any damages occur after being delivered those damages are not in the scope of our responsibility.
We use the best quality balloons from local supplies ranging from latex balloons, to foil balloons and our special stretchy bubble balloons.
Our helium latex balloon float time is 6-8 hours. If hi- float is added to our latex balloons, it lasts for a day. Although, The environment such as cold air, hot air, humidity changes in pressure changes and outdoor and indoor events the float time of the helium in the balloon. The float time mentioned on our website is the maximum time for indoor events only.
